Caroline and Nick were married on a beautiful October day at Skytop Lodge in the Pocono Mountains. The first look and private vow exchange took place in the formal garden, which looked incredible at this time of year with bold red ivy lining the historic building. Afterward, we headed to the front of the lodge for a few photos with an antique woody wagon. We then traveled to Indian Ladder Falls and the hiking trails, where we took their portraits. It was exceptionally gorgeous there at this time of year, with the foliage peaking in vivid shades of gold, orange, and red.
The ceremony took place in Skytop Lodge’s formal garden. It was such a beautiful ceremony filled with so much love and joy! And partially through their ceremony, a rainbow appeared over the lodge and ceremony site. It was such a special moment! After the ceremony, the newlyweds headed off to cocktail hour to celebrate. The reception was in Skytop Lodge’s Evergreen Ballroom. Caroline and Nick kicked off the formalities with their first dance. The reception also featured a few great speeches, parent dances, a brother-sister dance, cake cutting, and a fun night of dancing! Congratulations, and best wishes for a lifetime of love, happiness, and adventure to Caroline and Nick!
